Project Overview

This project aims to automate document processing using OCR, machine learning, and AI models. It extracts text from scanned documents, performs data cleaning and validation, and applies AI techniques to analyze and process the extracted information. The system is designed to handle real-world challenges such as noisy data, varied formats, and incomplete inputs, making document workflows more efficient.

The following features are implemented in this project:

  • Research and select optimal OCR + layout analysis approach

  • Design modular, agent-based system architecture

  • Implement initial end-to-end processing pipeline

  • Develop responsive frontend

  • Build FAQs-based intelligent chatbot using RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)

  • Support multilingual OCR (English & Urdu)

  • Semantic mapping from documents key/value pairs to the original forms

  • Validation through a validator agent for the missing and ambigious key fields

  • Preview and editablity of the filled forms

  • Download the compressed and required size/type of the form after filling
